Setup should then prompt you to choose your regional settings. We went with the default settings.

You will then prompted for your name and organization.

If prompted, enter your Windows Product Key.

Now your settings will be applied...

If prompted for network settings use the default "Typical settings". Network settings

Internet Connection If prompted for Internet connection, choose the default "Yes, this computer will connect through a local area network or home network".

Congratulations! You now have Windows XP installed and running in your WinTel Disk Image.

Always shutdown Windows, don't just quit the application (which can lead to damaging Windows). If you quit the app, it is the same as just turning the power off on the machine. To properly shutdown, click on the "Start" menu, click on "Turn Off Computer", then click "Turn Off".

It is recommended that you archive your prized XP WinTel disk image (on CD/DVD/DISK/etc. - always make sure you are in compliance with your end user license agreement first) so in the event that your "Windows" gets damaged or corrupt, you may simply copy you disk image from archives and you are back in business. Just shut down Windows first.

On Intel Macs ONLY, the next strongly recommended step is to install Windows additions that include a mouse driver, a video driver and a file sharing driver.
